Discovery tours in the Chausey Islands

Alban and Ian welcome you onboard their fishing boat « La Grande Ancre » to discover the maritime sector in the Chausey archipelago, a fantastic place to experience the rhythm of the tides and the moods of the winds.

Leaving from Granville onboard “la Grande Ancre”, we will bring you to the East of the Chausey Islands, onto wild mini-islands where you’ll be able to have lunch either on board or on an isolated beach with the crew who will be happy to introduce you to the shellfish farming sector.

As the tide goes out, you will be able to take a look at mussel beds in double-seat sea kayaks (suited for beginners). Then, at low tide, Alban or Ian will walk you to the oyster farms or clam beds before kayaking back to « La Grande Ancre » and returning to Granville.
